Sculptural Luxury Minimalism — Clinical Meets Couture

The design sets out to completely dismantle the cold, sterile aesthetic typically associated with medical or aesthetic clinics. Instead, it delivers something closer to a high-end luxury boutique or private members’ lounge — warm, sensory, and deeply considered. The reference points span from Seoul’s premium skincare flagships to Parisian concept stores, filtered through a distinctly contemporary Singaporean lens.

Reception & Waiting Lounge

The curved solid-surface reception counter, cream boucle armchairs, and reeded glass window counter framed in warm timber work together to create an immediately calm and premium first impression — feeling far closer to a luxury lounge than any conventional clinic waiting area.

The Water Ceiling Installation

The undulating liquid metal ceiling panel, appearing as rippling water frozen in time — is the project’s most arresting architectural moment, its polished reflective surface shifting with light across the retail and transition zones to communicate the brand’s skin and hydration narrative in a wholly non-literal way.

Product Display Zone

Backlit arched alcove shelving with marble-like surfaces treats each product as a precious object, while curved base cabinetry and arched doorways leading into treatment corridors add depth, drama, and a quiet sense of discovery.

VIP Lounge

A circular boucle sofa, cognac leather armchairs, a smoked glass coffee table, and a multi-blade sculptural pendant light combine to create the emotional centrepiece of the clinic — intimate, gallery-like, and genuinely luxurious.

Seminar Room

Even the functional training space maintains the brand’s design standards, with rose gold boucle seminar chairs, a curvilinear LED ceiling strip, and reeded glass walls ensuring the luxury language carries through without compromise.

Consultation / Meeting Room

The oval white meeting table and Eames-style aluminium chairs keep the space professionally grounded, while the water ceiling installation extending overhead ensures even this functional room feels considered and special.

First Centre

Commercial

First Centre is the most commercially ambitious and conceptually layered project in this entire portfolio. It succeeds at something extremely difficult — making a medical aesthetic environment feel genuinely desirable rather than merely acceptable. The water ceiling alone would make this space memorable, but it is the consistency of the soft, curved, white-and-cognac language across every zone. From reception to seminar room, that elevates it from a well-designed clinic to a brand experience space. Clients walking in will immediately understand they are somewhere that takes both beauty and design seriously.
